The emotions and situations we face can create feelings of isolation as we navigate our journey without the person who is supposed to be our compass. To soothe this isolation and other challenges we face on this journey, we get together and share our stories. Through this group, you may also find lasting friendships and support. I became a Widow in 2010, I'm now 47 & have 3 children (2 teens & 1 preteen). As I see it, It seems like we're a small bunch? So the purpose of this group is to find other young, single parenting widows/widowers in the San Francisco Bay area. The goals would be to connect families that have lost a parent, offer mutual prayer support/encouragement & to plan some fun family activities every quarter !
